# Analysis Tab re Metrics

On the analysis tab I entered the metrics of New Notice of Sale which I am assuming are the newly recorded NTS’s for the month. Is this correct? The next metrics I entered was New Notice of defaults which I am assuming is the newly recorded NOD’s for the month. Is this correct? Lastly I entered Active Auction which I am assuming is those properties that are still waiting to be auctioned that havn’t been bought by a 3rd party or bank yet. or have not been cancelled. Is this correct?

Right, the metrics reflect the number of those events that happened during the time period chosen (monthly, weekly, daily).
?
And right again regarding Active. It is the number of Trustee Sales scheduled for auction that have not yet cancelled or sold.
