Looking for a recommendation for an attorney (familiar with securities law?) that someone has used in order to set up a Limited Partnership for me. I have about 10 investors who will pool their money with me to continue my real estate investing via the Trustee Sale Auctions and I want to set this up ASAP. Anyone have a decent attorney out there for CA? ---
