When you want to buy a $2 MIL property on trustee auction, do you need to have all money with you?

HI George,
In CA you must have all of the money at the sale and will be expected pay in full on the spot. You can check out a great video on buying at trustee sale in CA by going to [http://www.foreclosuretruth.com/blog/sean/video-foreclosure-auction-guide/](http://www.foreclosuretruth.com/blog/sean/video-foreclosure-auction-guide/)
