How can I get list of customers who are late on their mortgage payment but have no NOD.
Why bother? The majority of NOD’s are not listed, and those owners now have a real threat of losing their home.

Plus keep in mind that late payment, or “delinquent” lists are credit data and require the use of a lengthy disclosure. Add that to your marketing peice and folks will think you are selling cigarettes or something else hazardous to their health - warning, warning, warning.
