# how can i find out how much a property sold at auction

Biji, the Trustee’s Deed filed at the Recorder’s Office will show the final sale price. You might have to wait 10-15 days before it is recorded. ForeclosureRadar shows final sale prices, too. Use the “Search Foreclosures” feature. Enter location data and make sure all foreclosure stages and “Include Historical Records” are checked.

Note that we will often show the winning bid right in ForeclosureRadar without having to wait for the trustees deed. At the end of the day, check the daily auction schedule for sale results, or search for your specific property as Andrew described above.
