If you are new to foreclosures, we recommend connecting with a Realtor that has foreclosure expertise and is willing to walk you through the options.
Alternatively, you can use a service like ForeclosureRadar which currently services all of California, and to the best of our knowledge is the only website that offers a comprehensive set of foreclosure services and the most current foreclosure data.
There are also national foreclosure list service companies that lack some of the features of ForeclosureRadar. We suggest doing a Google search to find foreclosure list services available in your area. Other possibilities include Bank Sales, Agency Sales, Government and Government-backed lender sales, and auction houses.
