# I bought a property on a trustee sale and bank did not issue a deed nor have they returned my money?

Bought a property on a trustee sale 30 days ago, and California Reconveyance did not send a deed, I was told that the sale will be rescinded by Chase, but I have not received my money back, I am being ignored, what can I do?

Hi Dianne,  
Immediately contact the trustee and keep trying until you get a manager. You have now incurred damages of at least the interest on your money. It may be time to contact an attorney also or tell them that you will be hiring an attorney.
