Is there anyway to check whether trustee got a motion of relief after homeowner filed a bankruptcy?
If you have access to the Federal Bankrupcty Court files there should be an order recorded in the file that grants the relief of stay. Although I have never done this type of search I am told that it is easier if you have the docket number.
