Owner filed lawsuit against lender/trustee alledgeing fraud or improper procedures and a lis pendens on property after the Trustee’s Sale occurred. Just got copy of the lis pendens from Owners attorney. They give me two options - be named in lawsuit or accept get money back from lender. Have tried calling the Trustee’s Attorney but no one will return my calls… What should I do?
