I am interested in a house that is scheduled for Trustee Sale on next Tuesday. Today is Friday. The house in in escrow with a traditional sale. If the house does not record before the auction will it still be sold at auction?

The “traditional sale” escrow is likely a short sale. It is possible that the property could be sold at trustee sale on Tuesday or the sale could be postponed if the bank is still considering the short sale.
