What is the best real estate investing education out there? I’ve been looking into many real estate investing education courses. Any feedback that you may have would be great.

Depends a lot on you specific needs and goals. Post some more info about your goals, available capital, risk tolerance, etc. and I’ll try to point you in the right direction.

Bruce Norris is the King on the Local Timing, Carving a Niche is really important with any money making strategies. The trustee’s sales are sometimes good but a lot of work and frustration. Making offers on REOs can be just as rewarding for less risk, etc.
