with a discounted opening bid in 1st position- will the foreclosing DOT receive any $ bid above that, or will a second lien holder get paid with money above the opening?
Another way to phrase this- With a discounted opening bid - do proceeds above that opening price go toward satisfying the balance on the foreclosing DOT or to the second? Does the second still have to wait until the NOS amount is satisfied before getting any money?
