I just purchased a home at public auction from the trustee and the previous owner is telling me that there has been a big mistake and the bank will be givung me a refund and giving him a loan modification. is he delusional or is it posible. i have not yet received the trustees deed.
Entirely possible … Sale is not complete until you’ve received and recorded the trustee’s dee upon sale. Keep the channel of communications open with your trustee contact. The trustee has your checks and it is more than reasonable for you to politely request that they promptly send you the TDUS.?
