Greetings, can you let me know if the Lane Guide is a worthwhile service? My thought was to try to contact asset managers with cash offers on properties that didn’t sell at auction. Perhaps it might be way to make contact wit the banks with actual offers.
Hi Derrick - I do know some buyers who do what your propose successfully and they swear by the Lane Guide. Just know it isn’t going to necessarily get you to the exact person you need, but it typically give you a great headstart by at least getting you to the right department.
Also note that your strategy won’t be easy. Banks generally don’t want to sell to buyers directly. They’d rather use a Realtor and pick up the benefit of having someone else do the heavy lifiting and provide E&O insurance.
