Hey Guys, i purshased a property with a 25k Hero Lien
And i am wondering if anyone knows how strong is the lien. I bid 20k above starting bid and i am wondering if the difference will go towards the lien in the event of it sticking to title.
Check with your title company as it will depend on the details, but yes, HERO liens are typically senior to other loans, likely including the one you purchased. If so the excess proceeds will not be used to pay it down and the entire lien will fall to you to repay.
