I assume you got the owner’s name/address from the County tax records. ?I assume WF has been paying taxes the past several years - or did they just take over the property? ? Bottom line - you need to find out who the Deed went to and go from there. ?In most counties in FL you can go online to view the Court records and see the Court file. ?The documents you can view will give you all kinds of info.
