Having trouble finding foreclosure notices on apartment buildings
Using filters for Multi 5+ but not getting any results
If you are selecting the property type in the location tab that is the correct way to search by property type. Each county reports their use codes a little differently. If you know of an apartment building that is in foreclosure we suggest checking that property to see how the land use codes are reported.
