1st time at this location, taking cashiers checks made payable to myself and Quality Loan Service is the trustee, just want to make sure I do not mess up and miss it.
If it is an Auction.com trustee sale you will be required to endorse the check to Auction.Com (not the trustee), so do not put Quality Loan Service as payee on the cashier’s check. Make them payable to you and then you can endorse over to Auction.com if you are the winner.
Their payee is different than standard auctions.
Hmm. I wonder if that means auction.com has an arrangement to keep a percentage or, maybe, all above the amount the lender was willing to accept as their “real” opening bid.
