I have heard many bad stories about trying to buy property @ the court house steps. Is there some technique as to buying property there, I have heard if you are not in the “gang” the four or five people who go to the auction on a regular basis will run the prices up. Is this true??

As anonymous said… yes, it is true. Very important if you plan to bid at the auction to do your own research, be comfortable with your bid, and do your best to not get caught up in any games.
