Some properties show an “unknown” winning bid. What causes this? Is there some way for the auction buyer to hide the purchase price so that it won’t be revealed when they flip?
There are some situations where we cannot get the winning bid info from the trustee. You would have to wait until the trustees deed is recorded to see the winning bid information.
