This house sold on 2/4/11 and I am curious as to the price, but the winning bid is listed as unknown. Since the auction was on Friday does it take more time to update the winning bid or is there another way for me to find out what it sold for? Thanks

The winning bid on that property RADAR ID #28684232 was $765,000. We typically have the sale results and the winning bid the same day as the sale but occasionally we will not be able to get that information until the next business day. We do continue to update our records non-stop all day especially on auction results and bids.
