Biji, the Trustee’s Deed filed at the Recorder’s Office will show the final sale price. You might have to wait 10-15 days before it is recorded. ForeclosureRadar shows final sale prices, too. Use the “Search Foreclosures” feature. Enter location data and make sure all foreclosure stages and “Include Historical Records” are checked.
