Does a foreclosure auction wipe out Lis Pendens on a property?

Does a foreclosure by a lender wipe out all Lis Pendens on a property, or are there certain type of lis pendens that are not wiped out and remain a cloud on the property?

Lis pendens are just notices of pending litigation, and no, foreclosure does not stop the litigation. The foreclosure action may wipe out the underlying claim against the property, but you will likely not be able to resell the property with clean title until that litigation is either resolved, or you can otherwise clear title with the parties involved and/or the court.
