IRS liens- Will these show up under transaction history?

Where would be the best place to research possible IRS liens?

There are two types of liens/encumbrances recorded against real property. VOLUNTARY liens are loans and they show up on Foreclosure Radar transaction history (but they still need to be researched thoroughly for accuracy).

INVOLUNTARY liens such as IRS liens, State liens, City Building Violations, judgments and mechanics liens do not show up on Foreclosure Radar transaction history. Probably this is because a lot of these types of liens are filed against a person (name) and may not include all of the proper identification (Parcel Numbers or legal description) of the real property associated with the underlying lien. You have to do further due diligence at the Recorder’s Office or a title company to catch all these types of liens.

Awesome response GJ, thank you!
