Is there a way to ck the inside of the properties for the trustee sales to see condition? If not. Any tips?
Most investors will knock on the door to see if it is occupied and if not then look in the windows when possible. You may want to talk to neighbors to see if they have ever been inside the property. You can also see if the property was recently listed and check with the realtor.
