Should I worry about these city/county liens

A property has a lot of County/City liens. If it is foreclosed in first mortgage, should I worry about these liens? Below is a clip from PropertyRadar. These liens are show in county property records.

Hi cluo - potentially yes. Some unpaid city/county liens roll over to the assessor for collection. While I don’t personally think they should be added to the property taxes and become super senior liens, like unpaid property taxes, I have had that happen in some counties for certain unpaid bills - some of which weren’t even yet recorded as liens. So, yes, do be careful with those.
P.S. please don’t post property or owner data publicly, even here. Thanks.

Sorry, I didn’t check carefully for the owner’s info.

In AU (and most places really), not all liens get wiped out in a mortgage foreclosure, especially council rates or govt charges. I’d double-check the priority order on those records before trusting the sale price too much.

That property has a lot of (30) similar liens recorded in the same date. Are these same liens? But the amount is different.

City liens. Will the county repeat liens?
