Is there a bidder fees - what’s the commission. Where do I sign up, etc. etc.

The Trustee Sales are held in a public place and everyone is welcome to come and bid. You will need to be prepared to be qualified which means that you need a photo ID and show proof that you have the funds to pay on the spot. Buying at auction is VERY risky and you will want to make sure you do your homework and understand exactly what you are doing. There are no guarantees or warranties when buying at Trustee Sale.
