When we searched in property on trustee sale, there were some properties already sold to bank in 2009 and there is another NTS, I don’t understand why, and is that safe to touch the property?
If you want to send the property address to support@foreclosureradar.com they will be happy to research the issue. It is possible that the trustees deed was rescinded or there is another senior lien foreclosing.
Michelle, thanks. I have come across the same type of title history. is there anything to be extra cautious about in the case of rescinded sales? shouldn’t the rescinded sale event be recorded somehow? all it showed was that it was sold to 3rd a month back and was being auctioned again. thx
