This home went to auction with a loan amount of? $591,000.? At auction one bid for $192,000 and it shows as won and sold but under winning bid there is a zero.? ? If someone could explain what this means or did this home actually get sold at auction. ? Thanks Ellen

Yes that property sold at auction to a 3rd party bidder. The bidding started at $192,595 but we were unable to get the winning bid from our sources which is why it shows a winning of zero (essentially unknown).
