How do I get a list of investors or servicers with the number of REO’s and/or foreclosures in a certain are?
Just use the Standard search type and then select the foreclosure types you want (Bank owned, auction, etc) and press search. From there you may want to add Lender name to the list view which you can do by clicking the customize button ust above the list view on the right side.
