Does anyone have a template for a Cash for Keys Agreement. I think it should offer for cash if the owner/tenant moves out within a short period of time, say 15 days. At the same time, I would like to make sure I am not giving away any of my rights as the new owner in case I have to go through UD eviction. Or can you refer me to a website that might have such a template? Thank you.

It is a standard practice form most REO agents to use a Relocation Agreement. This agreement basically states that provided the property is left in a reasonable condition and is vacated by a certain date the sum of X will be delivered in exchange for the keys to the property. Some auction investors use a form like this or a modified version. You may want to reach out to a local REO agent for a copy of a relocation agreement.
