Have you ever heard of Wachovia requiring 75% to realese the 2nd and not persue Def. Judge.? I thought most Junior Lien holders were taking 10-20% not 75%
Hadn’t heard that about Wachovia, though I hear it all the time on BofA 2nds. In Northern CA I’m actually hearing that Wachovia is among the best to work with.
