I am creating a report. What are the foreclosure radar settings to tell me how many reo’s are own today in my county

If you are a subscriber to ForeclosureRadar you can log in and go to Analyze Foreclosure Trends in the main menu and select the Foreclosure Inventories Chart. You can then select the state, County, City or Zip Code you wish to search. This will tell you how many properties the bank currently owns, how many are in default and how many have an active trustee sale date.
This is a really powerful chart and really helps to identify what people refer to as the “shadow inventory”.
