With over 300 properties on a list each day and most of them postponing, how can you find out which properties will actually go to a 3rd party bid. I have looked at some of the trustees websites the morning of the bid and they were not accurate when compared with the days results
Unfortunately dealing with postponements is just part of the deal in this business. We are in unprecedented times in terms of the number of postponements and cancellations of trustee sales. We wish there was a sure fire way to tell which properties will go to sale but unfortunately there is no way to be certain.
