In Marin County CA what are the require payment procedures

I am curios what funds (all or percentage) one needs to provide at the court house steps and what can be paid later and how much time one has to pay.

Ex. Buy for $250,000K how much in a cashiers check that day, how much later and by when and to whom? Or do you need 100% that day…
