On bank owned properties, is there away to find out who has listed these properties? Your report only goes back about a month and it often takes longer for a property to get listed. And can I find REos that were sold earier than those shown on your list?
We actually go back 4 months by default, and you can check the “Include Historical Records” box under the Foreclosure Details criteria to see all foreclosures sales since September 2006.

Once the property is listed we may show it in our system, otherwise check the MLS or a local Realtor’s website.
