I exported a list of properties - preforeclosures, auctions.
There is a colum that says"Postponement Reason".
The “Auctions” all have a “reason”. Have they all been delayed?
Is the data in this field current or is it why maybe a previous NTS was postponed?
Its common for the properties that reach the courthouse steps to be auctioned to be postponed to a future date and that can happen several times in succession. The reasons can be mutual agreement, bankruptcy, beneficiaries request, trustee’s discretion or operation of law. The most recent reason for the postponement is what will appear on the exported list. If the list shows “original” it is the initial auction date.
