of vesting options after winning a bid at a trustees sale. What is the easiest and most effective if you intend to do a quick flip. Should you put it into an existing trust? I know I need to look at my personal situation but if you could give some examples of what has been effective and/or ?where I can gat some additional information for this subject it would be greatly appreciated

I have always used LLC’s. I know there are some real fans of trusts for real estate investing out there, especially among preforeclosure buyers but I’m simply not that familiar with them.
