Does anyone know a good insurance agent in CA to show me the way? I am trying to find the proper coverage when flipping houses. I understand that a “Builder’s Risk Insurance” only covers the structure, however, I would also need General Liabilty and Worker’s Comp as well if someone gets hurt on the job. Need your help! Thanks
Sounds like you are on the right track. I always used a Builders Risk policy for fire. Separately I had workers comp for employees, and a general liability policy for the company.
Many people miss the fact that “landlords policy” does NOT work.
