What to do with personal property left by the previous owner.

The property is vacant and posted by the city as “Unsafe to Occupy” but is full of garbage and personal property??(broken beds, mattresses, some clothing, couple old TVs, couches, washer anddryer, frig and appliances). What am I required to do with these items.

? ?Rent a dumpster and dispose of it before the health dept. comes along and really gets on your case. ?I’ve had that happen.
