Here is a simple question.? Who are the Cashiers Checks make payable to? ? ?

Best bet is to yourself - then you can sign them over to the trustee for whatever property you buy. If you are only going for a particular property you can also make the check out to the trustee directly.

I also have this question, I just came back from an auction in which i was prepared with a cashiers check made out for myself and it was rejected by the trustee. Says it must be made out to them. Any comment on this? Thanks!
