I like to know who is the cashier check made to, is it the Trustee or the auctioneer

It should be payable to yourself. You can make it payable to the Trustee, but then the check can only be used to bid on sales for that one Trustee. The company conducting the sale for the Trustee will not accept checks payable to themselves.
