Questions that came up during the session:

• Do you have tax default information?
• Do you zoning information?
• Can you search by the overage amount paid at trustee sale?
• How often is your foreclosure data updated?
• When are you going national?
• Can you search vacant land?

Tax default information: Tax default info is on PropertyRadar’s to-do list. We will likely look into this after national launch.

Zoning. Zoning information is available in PropertyRadar. Zoning does vary by county so there are many options in this criteria field. When you are in Discover, look in the Criteria area under Location>Other. In this area you will find Zoning, Tax Rate Area, Census Tract, and Site Congressional District.

Vacant Land. Yes, we have vacant land data. Find that in Discover in the criteria area under Property>Type>Advanced Type. The option is towards the bottom of this extensive list of property types under LND. You’ll notice land is also segmented by types including residential, commercial, industrial and a few others.

National: As soon as possible! By the end of 2020 is the goal.
