I’m getting many requests off the FLX feed, and about half are outside my San Diego area, so I cannot advise the interested buyer/investor about the properties (is it on the MLS, what are the prices in that area?), nor can I show them those homes.
I’d like to build a referral network of other realtors who have the FLX feed, so I can direct my website readers in other cities, to *your* website. Thanks for your interest, and I have about 10 buyer leads ready to send out right now.
