I need to see past auctions in Fontana and determine what sold to third party and what went back to bank and what the winning bid was…does the application do this effectivly?
Yes. Simply select the current sale date range of your choice, and select the Bank Owned and Sold to 3rd foreclosure types under Foreclosure Details. If you want to go back more than 120 days be sure to check “Include Historical Records” as well.

We are not aware of ANY other service that separates the sales of properties to the bank from those sold to 3rd parties.
