I have just joined the site and been playing with it to get to know it. I noticed the default date is not going to the most recent, then noticed total of 13000+ properties but showing only 500. Is there a limit I didn’t know about. I am on the monthly plan.
We return a maximum of 500 results for a single search. Can’t imagine anyone actually looking at more than 500 results in a row at one time, but if you really want to simply break your search down to smaller sub searches that will have less than 500 results at a time. You could use square footage ranges, or value ranges as an example.

Not sure what you mean by “default date is not the latest” - if there was more than one notice of default on a particular loan we would only show the most recent.
