I know my number one question is to find out what his builder customers are seeing on the ground, and how much that varies by location. Also would love his take on how this plays out longer term.

He’s got lots of experience with wall street buy-to-hold and build-to-hold as well. Who are these clients and what are the building. The JBREIC podcast is also very good. More focus on the new construction realm but lots of excellent nuggets real estate investors and Realtors can grab from them. A show aout sixe months ago talks about a jewel box which is a smaller, nicely appointed new home aimed at Boomers who are downsizing.
