In the Search screen, does the “Est. loan position” refer to the one in default? What’s the purpose of “open loans”? If I want to search all NOD properties with only one loan. How do I choose the loan option? Thanks. -Robert
Yes, est loan position does refer to the position of the loan in foreclosure (either notice of default or notice of trustee sale). And yes Open Loans refers to the total number of open loans on the property.
