Hi Ross! While based in California, I think you might really like Matt MacFarland and Amanda Han with Keystone CPA. They work with clients throughout the country and specialize in real estate and complex estate work. Amanda has released two books through BiggerPockets and you can check them out on Amazon Prime if you look up “The Norris Group.”
If that won’t work, check out the Arizona Real Estate Investors Association. There’s a Phoenix chapter meeting but often times, clubs have sponsors that typically include an investor-friendly CPA. Also, Clint Coons and Mark Kohler are also very well known in the space and handle clients all over the country.
