?? i was at an auction today and there were properties called off in the city i track ALL the properties that go to sale, and i hadnt seen a few on your site. are you still getting all the auction properties listed? it made me a little nervous (and i am a big believer in this site).

Hi Brent - that sounds unusual, except in Alameda county. Our typical delay from recording is 5-10 days, but it can vary a bit depending on county delays, and properties can be taken to sale in as little as 14 days after recording. We often run 10-15 days late in Alameda, so missing the first sale there is not unusual. The only good news there is that most sales still postpone at least once.
